Renew is supported by a dedicated maintenance network, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the public.
The Renew monitoring and surveillance teams will review every unit every day to ensure
optimal maintenance and performance. On arrival, maintenance engineers review the unit and
enter detailed information on its status, including the extent of recycling usage and the
cleanliness of the surrounding pavement.
At the end of each site visit, the service team take digital photographs with time and date signatures.
